Hebei guyunt Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. processes stainless steel stampings, metal stampings, copper and aluminum parts. In the processing of stampings, it is necessary to punch the parts themselves, including hydraulic punching. So what is the matter with hydraulic punching? Now let's take a look; In the processing of stamping parts, hydraulic punching is a processing method that uses the punch or the liquid pressure in the pipe to separate the pipe wall materials under the support of the liquid pressure in the pipe after the completion of hydraulic bulging. The female die device is not used in the whole process. There are many similarities between hydraulic punching and ordinary punching. The pipe wall experiences three stages: elastic deformation, plastic deformation and fracture separation. Hydraulic punching can be roughly divided into two categories according to the movement direction of the punch: 1. Punching from inside to outside; 2. Punching from outside to inside. The difference between punching from inside to outside and punching from outside to inside is: 1. The geometric dimension accuracy of the hole obtained by punching from inside to outside is high, and the collapse of the material around the hole is small, but the liquid pressure in the smallest tube required is greatly affected by the punching diameter. The smaller the hole diameter is, the higher the internal pressure is required. Considering the sealing and safety problems, the material strength of punching in this way cannot be too high, which is generally used for hydraulic punching of non-ferrous metal materials such as copper and aluminum; 2. For punching from outside to inside, if the hole diameter is large, the required punch diameter is large, and large installation space is required in the stamping die, which puts forward higher requirements for the strength of the die. Moreover, after the punching is completed, a certain area of the surface of the tube blank will collapse and sag due to the action of the punch, and the quality of the punched parts is not as good as the former. This method is suitable for punching stamping parts with low requirements for the surface and cross-section around the hole, The advantage of this method is that the punching force is provided by the punch, and the liquid pressure in the pipe only plays a supporting role. Therefore, this method can be used to punch high-strength materials. This method is also a more widely used hydraulic punching method.
